    This is a great pen that looks better in person than it does on a computer screen. The twist action is very smooth and the chrome accents are shiny. The grips are the best part of the pen, they are well put together and hoping they stay that way after many months and years of usage. I hope staples starts to offer the other colors that the cross website offers. Would love to purchase one with the blue barrel. Overall, excellent pen at a great price.

        A:

        To replace an ink cartridge turn the cap counterclockwise, remove the cap, replace the cartridge, and turn the cap clockwise to tighten. Should you need further assistance, please contact Cross directly. A representative can be reached by dialing 1-800-282-7677.
