    Bought two pens in December 2011. Rebate Offer was for buy one, get one free. Tried numerous times to fill out the online rebate form. Every time had issues: Not valid, not eligible. Tried to chat with customer service twice. Talked to two customer service representatives. Still no results. Now, it is too late to submit. I will return these pens to the store. I will buy another product from a leading competitor.
