I always carry a pen and not always dressed in a jacket. It is small and very comfortable to write with (wide padded grip) no cap with retractible tip. Everyone I allow to use comments how nice it is. I used to carry a space pen, but it always worked out of my pocket when I sat down (always found the ones I lost under the seat when I vacumed the car) Never lost an ION, gave a number a way. Heard that Cross discontinued - bought 25. Only down side is I go thru a refill a month-but I love the size - can't have it all.

Pen stops writing before ink runs out. Great pen to hook onto keychain, but for over [$] I expect the refill to last or at least completely empty before I toss it. I continue to buy refills and use because it is on my keychain, I always seem to need a pen, and it is a nice writting pen.

Best gel pen I have owned. Only drawback is Staples doesn't carry the refills, so I have to order them through the store. However, if you have refills shipped to the store and pick them up, you do not have to pay for shipping.

    This is the only pen I like to use. Smooth writing and dark black ink. Large diameter of pen is comfortable to use for extended periods of time. BUT...the refills are too expensive for the amount of ink included. Leaving the cap off pen apparently allows the ink to dry up in the refill. I have 4 of these pens and so I'm spending alot of money on refills. It's the only pen I want to use for the comfort and the beautiful quality of writing it allows me to produce. When someone borrows my pen they always comment "I love this pen", and I am certain they return it to me! Cross: lower the price!!!
