I love the way the gel ink writes. My only drawback is that it seems like there is still much more ink in the cylinder when it stops writing. Sometimes I can get more out if I let it sit for a while, but...
If I didn't love the shape of the pen, I wouldn't continue to purchase the refills which get expensive.

Pen stops writing before ink runs out. Great pen to hook onto keychain, but for over [$] I expect the refill to last or at least completely empty before I toss it. I continue to buy refills and use because it is on my keychain, I always seem to need a pen, and it is a nice writting pen.

I would have gladly given this product 4 stars if they would give more ink for the price. I use this constantly and it seems that it runs out too fast. Since I've started using this ink pen the price has went up but not the amount. It's getting too expensive to use any more!

The ink cartridge came with seemed to be still half-full and it wouldn't work anymore...hope the refills work better

Can't imaginme not having my Ion pen in my pocket! I've been carrying mine for years, and I use it almost daily. Absolutely the BEST product for its purpose that I have ever found!

This is the only pen I like to use. Smooth writing and dark black ink. Large diameter of pen is comfortable to use for extended periods of time. BUT...the refills are too expensive for the amount of ink included. Leaving the cap off pen apparently allows the ink to dry up in the refill. I have 4 of these pens and so I'm spending alot of money on refills. It's the only pen I want to use for the comfort and the beautiful quality of writing it allows me to produce. When someone borrows my pen they always comment "I love this pen", and I am certain they return it to me! Cross: lower the price!!!
