      Are these banners pre-cut at the 6' x 2.5' size or can they be 5' x 3'? We need a banner to match international flags that we have.

        Our custom banner cannot be made to a specific size. However, these banners are printed in color, and can consist of multiple colors.       Can you print a banner that has a pole sleeve at the top?

        No, there is a option for a banner stand but no option for a pole sleeve on the top. It should not be difficult to adapt a hanger for a pole.
