This UPS performs its job very well. My runtime is about 1 hour on a high end server with a 650 Watt Power Supply. The software is highly compatible and performs its shut down and start up functions without a hitch for locally attached and remote systems that are running the agent (ideal for virtual machines running on ESX, etc). The software also provides all of the alerts an administrator could possibly want. Support is also outstanding.

I have an entire office plugged into this and it works perfectly! Plenty of outlets, all battery backup protected. Hides under a desk, long chord, very nice looking if you happen to see it. Great value, great product.

I can run a printer, computer, monitor 25", lanp, etc. and it only you*es 20% of its power.

I use this unit to power up my, computer (with 2-extreamly large hard drives, super power supply, 5- drives encluding a Sony Blue Ray drive, 25" monitor, with TV connections on it and other special commections, 5.1 souround sound speakers, Lexmark X7350 printer, DSL modem, Lights. and It only uses 20% of its power, and shows 50 min. of runtime if the ele. goes out; the unit talks to the computer and it will shut down the computer smartly, without lose of any information. So what else can I say.

I have been using the UPS for about a month. I use the UPS to protect and provide backup power in case of a power surge or power outage on two of our office computers. We have had one power outage already and it did a great job. [...] I had two other UPS that failed after one year and was not able to find a battery replacement. The CyperPower website has a place where you can order new batteries if you need them.
