Used to keep track of quarter hours worked on billable projects. I enter the date at the top of the column for each day I work on a billable project. Then for every quarter hour worked, I enter a 1-character Project code, so I know who to bill for the time worked. (Time worked before 7 a.m. or after 8 p.m. is entered in the right portion of the column - there's plenty of room,) At the end of the day, I sum the time worked for the day in the Notes section at the bottom of the column, for example: 4-3/4 hours for Project 1, 1/2 hour for Project 2, and 2 hours for Project 3. Then when it is time to do billing, I have all the information available quickly; plus I have a permanent record of when I worked the hours on each project. Using this Day Minder, I can enter four days per page, so the Day Minder lasts a very long time.

I am willing to pay for an item when it is useful! Like this book, I am working the front office of a pretty busy Vet, and so many times when a client is brought in someone other than the owner is bringing them in and they don't have a clue why!! I have the room to add the details and notes we need! Also the Dr can look to get an idea what she will be doing on any given day!!
