            Comments about Deflect-o Deflecto® Tilt Bin™ Multipurpose Storage and Organization 4-Bin System:

            Ordered one of these and two of there other interlocking systems for storage of office supplies. All three arrived chipped and with hinges broken off. On top of that this will not sit flush on a table due to the interlocking functions. You shouldn't have to buy a base unit unless specifically instructed to. I would not recommend these units.
