I went on line and purchased an off brand full set of (exact?!!) replacement cartridges that flooded my printer with toner. Then I bought a set from staples- work great (at a much higher price). For what I spent and how much trouble I had with the off brand I could have bought a new Dell Laser Color Printer! Buy genuine Dell replacements the first time or buy a new printer!
