Product great, set-up unacceptably slow.

The computer itself is great! However, the tech who sold me the computer suggested turnaround (to set up the new computer) was generally two business days and they worked seven days a week. It took four days and setup did not start until day four. That was a disappointment - especially since I was working on school deadlines. You would think paying for premium setup, the process would be expidited.

  Unfortunately, the Dell Inspiron does not come with software programs such as Microsoft Office- including Word or Excel. However, this model does come with the operating System Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium.
