Exactly the part needed for my Dell 1320C. The price was the best around.

I would recommend replacing the print head. It was easy to do. You can send back the old print head in the box for recyling and it doesn't cost you any more.

Staples is the ONLY place that carries the Dell 1320c imaging drum. We found out the expensive way that you can use only Dell ink in the color printer!

  No, this is the imaging drum for Dell Laser Printers 1320c, 2130cn, 2135cn, 2150 Series. The part # is DT574 for the printhead. I apologize, the printhead is not regularly stocked through Staples.com. However, we may be able to specially order it for you. For more information, please contact (800) 333-3330; an associate will fill out a form directed to our non-stock special order department. Your inquiry will be researched and you will be contacted within 2 business days.

  No, the drum that is compatible with your Dell 2330 is the Dell® PK496 Drum Cartridge. The Staples item number for your drum is 800759.

We've now gone through 2 of these, labels continually get stuck to them and this time one of the rollers has a scratch in it from trying to remove the label from it. Can the rollers be replaced?

  I apologize for the issues you are having with the Dell KGR81 Imaging Drum. It may be that the unit is defective. I am not sure if the rollers are replacable because this is an item that is sold as a complete unit. I recommend contacting the manufacturer for troubleshooting assistance. Staples will replace a defective imaging drum for you. You may call in to our customer support for assistance: 1-800-333-3330.

What is the difference between the KGR81 and the P266C. Both are the same price and both are for the Dell 2130cn.
