Got the replacement toner cartridge easily from online and used my coupon too. Saved a bunch, but the cartridge was malfunctioning from the start. The toner leaks out ( a common problem with this type of cartridge ) so it gets all over when you have to unexpectly replace. I was told the 'chip' didn't recognize the printer or whatever. What a hassel. I like the printer and for the most part the toner, but the proprietary junk makes it hard to use. I will never buy this type of Dell laser printer again. WHAT A PAIN!! But I was able to take it back to a store and get a refund. My coupon that i used will not be refunded to use again because it is now out of date. HOW LAME ! !
