Go Green and save [$]- anticipate your toner requirements and order the returnable cartridge from Dell. [$]for the 3000 page and [$]for the 6000 page unit. You can order the new unit well before you need it and let it sit until your existing one runs dry. Install the new one, place the empty one in the prepaid UPS box and return it to Dell. Mine sat for 3 months before I returned it.

    I use four cartridges per year for my appraisal business. In 3 years, I've only had one cartridge with a broken wheel. The wheel provides guidance for the cartridge within the printer. It stayed on and I was able to make it work. You can gently shake them to distribute the ink and get a longer life.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
