    Dell, what else can be said. The 5,000 copies does not really happen, even when printing with the toner save feature, but this cartridge still last a long time.

      Unknowingly, I ordered a refilled cartridge and the copies were mottled, often light grey in some areas. The printed copies were inconsistent. So I ordered the high yield cartridge and I am very pleased with the printed copies. They look like they SHOULD always look.
