I was using a compatible toner for my dell 3115 cn color laser. The print quality was terrible and I thought we had worn out our printer in just 3 years at our business. Then I bought genuine dell toner and the print quality is just like new. Nothing better than the real thing.

More like 800 pages than 8000

Staples is excellent, the Dell printer is what we have issues with. When we first purchased it 2 years ago we did so with the assurance of cost effectiveness from Dell, nothing could be further from the truth. We use the 3115cn multi function laser printer to print the instructional flyers we include with each purchase in out online store, about 1000 per month. Replacing all 4 cartridges monthly is about right, could buy a pretty nice Beemer for the money Dell gets for a few ounces of toner every month. We cannot print professionally as the details change frequently in our product lines. I've tried the 1/2 price refills too, they are terrible and leak, streak and print inconsistently etc. etc soooo, if anyone have a better idea I'd like to know it. Just be sure you will not get anything like the number of pages they claim, totally misleading. You'll be doing good to get a couple thousand pages, we get no where near that.
