        I work on a Dell computer at work so finding a larger LED monitor at a great price was a real plus. Spending so much time in front of a computer screen, it's amazing what a tremendous difference a larger monitor makes. This one is of high quality with crystal clear images and vivid color and being a Dell there were no compatibility issues to deal with. I'm not a real techy and it was a breeze for me to install in place of my old monitor. I like the monitor and would highly recommend it to others who are looking for a new monitor.

          I wasn't sure about Dell because I had heard too many bad things about them. But I thought I would try the monitor and I really like it. Light weight, easy to set up, very little edge around the screen. The price was very reasonable too. Easy to see and very clear and sharp. Fits in my desk spot for the monitor perfectly. All I can say is that Staples always has very good prices on anything you might need. Service is always good and they have very people who are very good at what they do. I highly recommend Staples.

                Yes the Dell S2240M is compatible with the MacBook Pro, using a DVI cable. The DVI cable is not included with the monitor, it needs to be purchased separately. Staples item number 837568, 10' DVI-D Dual Link Video Cable connects your computer to your DVI display.
