I use the ink in my Dell Printer and I've noticed that no substitute replacement works as well. I've been pleased with the performance of the ink. I've used it occasionally for photos but generally only everyday documents, letters, etc. I've used it for certificates and other such uses.
I'm happy with the length of time it takes to use up a cartridge. My substitute didn't last as long. If you have a Dell printer using the Dell product works best in my opinion.

        I have a Dell printer - not going to chance messing it up with off brands of ink. It's that simple.

        Service and delivery comments:

        Staff was helpful, attentive but not overbearing; willing to "travel the store" to answer any question. Also willing to admit when they did not know, then found it (Staples in Natomas).
