Q: Staples "cartride finder" shows the Dell Photo Series 5 (J4844) cartridge as one of three choices for the Dell 924 All-in-One printer, but it doesn't fit. The two ridges that are at the top after you drop the cartride into the cradle are supposed to fit into the cradle-latch, but they're on the wrong side - compare the 2nd photo of both J4844 and J5567.
