    I have ordered re-manufactured cartridges for other brands of printers and typically have been disappointed. I was hoping this experience would be better however, I can't even get the cartridge to work properly. I'm hoping it was just a bad one...

      What's the difference between the "Diversity Product Solutions by Staples Reman Laser Toner, Brother TN580, and Brother TN580 Toner? If the Diversity, etc,brand isn't by Brother, will it void the Brother guarantee by using it?

        A:

        The Diversity Product Solutions variety is a Staples brand cartridge. Although Brother recommends using original Brother products for warranty reasons, the Staples brand cartridges function in basically the exact same way as the Brother variety.
