I prefer refined sugar to the zero calorie alternatives, but the fake sugar companies have a better grasp of what a serving entails. One packet of fake sugar usually does the trick for me when it comes to garnishing coffee, but you need roughly 5 packets of sugar to get the same effect. Beyond this, I have no complaints.

This is great for the office when co-workers are all trying to get a cup of coffee. They can take sugar packs back to their desk and stir their coffee at their desk. This aleviates a lot of waiting for the sugar bowl and having to use someone's spoon to measure and stir your coffee.

Out of 500 packets, about 100 come empty in a box! A packet is equal to less than 1/2 a teaspoon!
