They do the trick

we use these to hand write employee times daily. The layout is clear, functional and has a space ro column for every exception or note we need to make. Highly recommended.

Keeps Track of Time

The cards are sturdy and will withstand some abuse. Information is clear. Front of card holds days and hours worked with a line for employee signature. The back of the card has sections for calculating payroll and noting check number and date. These cards are good for a small business doing payroll by hand. The only negative is our employees had some difficulty lining up the correct space in the time clock window. I don't know if it is the light ink color on the card or the small time clock window. Our employees needed a bit of practice to get it right.

Comments about Adams Double-Sided Time Cards, Model 9791, 3-3/8" x 9":

We use the double sided time cards and found your value important. However, we are not a Monday thru Friday operation and a number of employees continue to punch in on the wrong day, because the day of the week is so faint.
The edges of the timecards are not smooth and flecks fall off from a poor cutting process
