Once I received my serial number it took me about an hour to read, install and train Dragon to write almost all of the words that I use in writing and editing or reviewing others work. The head set could be more comfortable tho. works well with my HP runing Vista-- a shock as some people were saying a 'pacth had to be uploadedd-- no way! It is fine as is. Start off with either doing the EASY training or the SPECIAL training. The ones in between just muck things up and I deleted the files later to make things cleared. Certifying the product over the weekend is a pain in the rear, and must be done before 5 uses. I am soending 1/4 of the time in writing than I did just 3 days ago and getting a lot more done!!
