OK, so it's a bit more expensive. The time you don't waste trying to play with frayed ends of tape, the fact that it is heavy enough to no crinkle in on itself...How about this? This tape is so good that I sat down and wrote a review ABOUT TAPE. If you are packing boxes for shipping or for a move, go hog wild, buy the good tape, and thank the good people over at Duck for making a superior product.

I bought a case of this tape for our office to use for shipping packages. At first it seemed great, but I ordered some other corrugated boxes and the tape doesn't stick to them! Brand new boxes, not recycled! This is good tape for some uses but I will not order it again for our office.

This item was discounted when I shopped and I was almost out of packing tape. The tape is thicker than what I usually use. It does have an odor to it.

I bought this tape expecting the quality Duck branded products provide. The tape was thicker than most clear packing tapes are, but it's adhesive qualities were significantly less than the generic brand roll I was replacing. In fact, it stuck so little the tape was falling off of the boxes after less than a day.
