    Can't use phone plugged into charger

    When the phone is plugged into the charger on wall outlet AC, the phone cannot be used - no applications will respond to the touchscreen. I did not try using it when plugged into ...Read complete review

    When the phone is plugged into the charger on wall outlet AC, the phone cannot be used - no applications will respond to the touchscreen. I did not try using it when plugged into my automobile 12V so can't say if it works there or not. Charger that came with the phone does not have this problem. It does charge the phone, however, so that much works. This charger is going back to Staples.

            Had to exchange original purchase because of faulty USB port right out of the package. Realized I had better be gentle with plug ins for this reason. I am not sure if this product will last long because of the poor construction of the plug ins.
