Q: If the package says "Now 20 for 16" does that mean you are getting 20 for the price of 16? If so, why is 16 count less than this 20 count? Or am I assuming something wrong on the face of the package? Asked on 5/2/2013 by Carl B from Westborough Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: The Duracell AA Coppertop Alkaline Battery Pack Size is a 20 Pack. Yes you are now getting 20 batteries for the price of what the old 16 pack would have been. Q: I know someone answered "You'll get your rebate at the end of the quarter." But how do I know if I will get it? Do I have to wait until it's way too late to return the batteries to know if I've bought the wrong or right product? How long before it shows up on my rewards page, if I've done it right? Does it show up during the month or not until the end of the month? Thank you! Asked on 3/29/2011 by Anonymous Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: Staples will send you an email to confirm of to reject your rewards. Then once every quarter they will email you a voucher for the rewards total. In the mean time you should be able to log on to yuor staples account and view current rewards. It does take up to a week of longer to get the information. I purchased my batteries on the 25th, got the acceptance email yesterday April 5th. Answered on 4/6/2011 by Jennifer, mom of twins from Fort Lauderdale

Q: I don't understand the promotion on the batteries right now. It says that if you buy a set of 20 Duracell AAA or AA, you will recieve the same value in rewards. However, it also says it is worth $12.99, yet the price of the batteries is $14.29. How does that equal free? Asked on 12/17/2010 by Anonymous from Hollywood, MD Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: In Store Promotion only. Cost in store IS 12.99 and the reward will be mailed after rewards period is thru, usually quarterly. It does work I've done it.
