                  I use it to power my oil tank guage kept up in my family room. The battery powers the guage that lets me know the level of oil left, warns of "almost empty" by a blinking red light and "close to running out of oil" by beeping 5 times each hour. I need my battery power to always work to keep my house safe from running out of oil.

                      Yes it is. Duracell, in my opinion, is the better battery. It is easier to find and has a longer shelf and usage life.

                      Hi I am looking for the same battery and I am pretty sure it is the same one, The letters relate to the manufacturer and the numbers are the size of the item. My guess is that DL means Duracell And Lithium, however the letters CR I cannot figure out, My battries say Sony and made in Japan.
