    Under "Supplies" for this product it shows 2-ply paper. Does the thermal print show up clearly on both copies? I've always used a printer with a printhead that strikes the ribbon. Our credit card machine uses thermal paper, but 1-ply and prints 2 receipts.

      The 2-ply paper listed under this machine is regular paper. This isn't a thermal printing machine nor is the paper listed under the supplies. Unfortunately, I was unable to locate a 2-ply thermal paper. If you would like assistance locating paper for your machine, please contact us by dialing 1-800-333-3330.
