      Comments about Easy Mobile Tech EasyTech In-Home/Office Basic PC Setup:

      I purchased this service with a new laptop I bought at a retail location. When I got the computer everything started quickly, ran just fine, and still runs very well.

      However, there is just one thing that has thrown me off some on this service. They told me they could try to install a copy of MS Office 2000 from a manufacturer's disk complete with a legitimate product ID. I was told it would not install and that I would need new software. I did not get the new software at that time and I am glad. After a while I decided to see what would happen if I tried to install the software myself. What happened was, it installed and runs fine.

      So I suppose my point is, the setup is fine but before you buy any new software find out yourself whether it works or not.
