      Comments about Floortex Ecotex® Revolutionmat Chair Mat for Hard Floors, Rectangular, 36" x 48":

      I received the first mat and it had a chunk cracked out of one side - presumably from where they stapled the box and went through the mat. I called Staples and was told I would be shipped a new one and I would be contacted on returning the original. After a follow-up call, I finally got through to a Staples rep who told me to dispose of the pad myself (!). The new mat just showed up with a chunk taken out of the side in the SAME place as the first! I now have two mats to dispose of...not reordering!!
