Comments about Ecoverde Coffee® Guatemalan Dark Roast Ground Coffee, Regular, 42 Packets/Box:

Their packaging was pretty bad at first and when I received my order I called to return it. A couple of days later the company called me to profusely apologize and tell me they were sending me a free case because they want to keep me as a customer. He explained that they have been using that packaging for quite some time with no issues but with the shipping so far and in so many different climates along the way it was splitting. He also explained that they have already found a material that is more resilient and are in the process of changing over. This is great coffee and I like buying from good, honest business people like these who take initiative to correct their mistakes and make the situation right with their customers.

That being said, I would HIGHLY recommend this to my friends and family.
