I don't know how many staplers we use over the course of one year, but it's a lot. Our staplers go through intense use, and none of the models we tried (and boy did we experiment) would hold up to the strain. It seemed like no matter how much we spent, the staplers would bite the dust in months.

This model, though, is the exception. It has really lasted. We haven't even had to perform surgery on the stapler innards to extract staples gone astray.

I can't think of a con for this item. I liked it so much from use at work that I even bought one of these outside with my own $$$ for my home.

One last pro: it's not made in China junk. It's made in Sweden. Too bad it's not made in USA, but oh well.

The rivet that holds the plate that bends in or flares out the staple fell out in less the 1 ull day of use. We use the 2nd one for less then 3 hours before the same thing happened again. But Staple was more then happy to give us a full refund and help us find a different stapler.

The stapler is great the store is not- Staples the store does not carry heavy duty staples for this product- When looking for the stapler on the internet I learned that it takes Arrow staples which Staples the store does not carry- don't use the heavy duty staples at "staples" the store as they will jam in your stapler.

We use these staplers at our work. HOWEVER we are unable to get the staples we use for them. It seems when we use standard staples, they jam easily, yet Staples, and Staples online do not carry our size dimensions of 5/16" of an inch Made by Rapid. Since our company recently switched to [...], we cannot find our staples.
