When the top paper feed broke down on our 810 unit , Epson did nothing to help. We were saddled with a number of their very expensive cartridges, so we selected a "better " model which would use them. So far so good, but you could hear that top paper feeder straining to do it's job....even with only 5 or 6 pages to be scanned. Epson should step up and admit that this component doesn't live up to an otherwise decent reputation as a printer company.Fix it or replace those that are out there. Don't stick your customers with your mistakes or they might just decide to put their review on line when repeatedly prompted to do so. The WiFi is perfect for me since my home has 3 computers, 1 laptop, a tablet, and 4 phones. Was expecting it to be a difficult setup but only took a few minutes. The five ink system really makes pictures great.
