Epson has always been a good product for us. That is all we have ever
used. To bad it has gotten a bad rap for some reason as it is hard
to find except in office supply places. I wish it didn't cost so much since
that is the only place we can find the ink instead of a discount store.

Wish Staples still offered its own brand, as this machine drinks ink and is difficult to troubleshoot.

there's just not much more to say. I would classify myself as a heavy user, which is why I think it's pricey, It makes plenty of copies before I need to replace. I use mainly for photo projects and it's easy to replace the cartridge without getting dirty.
