This is a definite GOOD BYE Product and I will be changing printers again very soon. If I have to spend any more than $5.00 for a replacement cartridge I feel like I am getting screwed with even getting kissed.

But then again I am getting kissed, I am getting the typical kiss off and thanks for coming scenario.

From the stand point of cost effectiveness and productivity Epson cartridges SUCK. As a printer it is ok but certainly not what it could be.

Pricing for this product is ridiculous. I can buy generics online products for 1/3 of the price depending upon source acquired from.

Adding insult to injury, the cartridge life from the MFG is abnormally short for these, this in itself is another reason for using generics as, the cartridge life is at least 50% more what Epson cartridges are.

Another problem at least for this certain printer and cartridge is that there are no high quantity use cartridges available.

Unfortunately, this is typical with Epson and how they operate as a company. They think of everything except the customer.

My Epson Stylus CX4800 is the BEST printer I've ever had. It's a printer AND a copy machine because the cover lifts up and a page of a document can be copied. Photos can ALSO be copied. It's the BEST ink for the BEST printer!
