Epson T078920-S Color Ink Cartridges, 5/

The convenience of my Epson Printers allows me higher productivity when in "creative" mode. My color prints are very good for technical and artistic presentations of our products and services.

However, I dislike very much the fact that Epson has set the ink cartridge functions to reject inks that equal to or better than those recommended by Epson (their own, of course).

I am trying to sell my photo's. The ink cartridges cost more than the printer. It is like that everywhere though.

Yes, the T077920 has about 50% more ink and lasts longer which may be convenient. But [@] sells the 77 for 50% more, which is not a better value than this T078920, esp. if the ink dries up before it's all used. [@] has the 77 also, [...]. The convenience of Staples makes this the best value for me.

Good colors, sharp and well defined. I use for printing on printable CDs. That is the only thing this printer is used for.

The business I use these for is the church for which my wife works. With this ink, Epson's Stylus Photo R380 prints very nice glossy photos on Normal setting and excellent photos on Best setting.

It does, however, seem to run through the #78 cartridges ink rather quickly, making things expensive. I did once use the #77 high-volume cartridges and was more pleased with those, but they are hard to find. I will look for the #77 cartridges in the future.
