I bought it for use in my school classroom since my other markers had dried out and there are no more available because our budgets are so tight. The kids were excited to see new markers since they love to use the dry erase boards and they especially liked that it had orange, pink and purple rather than just the usual colors of red, blue, green and black. So I let them use mine to encourage them to write more and answer more questions because I teach English as a Second Language and it's important for them to use English.

I ordered this because it looked like it had a nice sampling of whiteboard pens, and it turned out to have more than I expected. It comes in a nice storage box, which means you can take it to any room with a whiteboard, open it up, use what you want, then pack it up again for the next round. It's always a pain when you go into a meeting and the whiteboard pens are too dry to use. With this handy box, you always know what you have, and you can always replace individual pens and keep using the box if that works for you.

Compared to buying all the components separately you get a good deal with this kit. The box contains both fine point and larger tip markers, an eraser which can be cleaned and reused for years, and some cleaning solution for those stubborn marks that clutter up your creative space. The container itself is handy for keeping your markers in one place and fits easily onto a bookshelf or in a podium for classroom use. I've picked up this kit for each room with a whiteboard at our facility and I keep a few extra markers on hand to replace those that get used more often (such as black and brown markers) to keep the kits fully stocked.
