          This product works so much better than the old bar/felt erasers, and when it gets dirty, you can just peel off the dirty layer and you're clean again. I haven't had it terribly long, so I don't know how long it lasts, but I really do like it and the refills seem to be reasonably priced, so that's helpful as well.

          The magnetic stand that comes with it will stick to most white boards and can be moved around as need be, which is another plus for me. Just in case your whiteboard isn't magnetic, it does come with a sticky pad that would let you permenantly affix the eraser's stand to something.
