      This item came to me packaged in NEWSPAPER, yes newspaper. Not everyday packing materials. It also came with the shade completely dented (though the box was untouched) and was clearly used previously as there was white sticky stuff all over the cord and the foot pads had dust balls on them and half were removed. This manuf. should be EMBARASSED! Staples handled return[...] and since this came directly from the manufacturer I don't fault them.
