Cons Best Uses Comments about Fellowes Pulsar 300 Manual Comb Binding Machine: I used this to bind 80 church cookbooks and had no trouble with it - it's sturdy & easy to use, the paper guide stays in place, and it worked fine for these half-sheet cookbooks. (Hint: don't buy special combs for half-sheets, just cut the full-size ones with a pair of scissors and save yourself a bunch of money).

The only thing I didn't like was I was unable to change the distance between the edge of the paper and the punched holes for the binding.
