I'm short & sitting in ANY chair for long periods in same position at work or home causes my chronic serious back/leg/sciatic nerve pain to become almost unbearable. I need to be very aware of trying to practice good posture especially while sitting for long periods anywhere. Willing to try almost ANYTHING for pain relief, I tried this Compact Footrocker-not really expecting much & was actually skeptical such a goofy looking little product would really function. First time I used this I WAS TOTALLY AMAZED! Elevating legs & the ability to rock feet around gave GREAT RELIEF of my usual daily pain. I then wanted this unbelievable rocker wherever I had to sit. The COMPACT ROCKER (different from full size one) is easy to carry from desk to meeting, there are no parts to "fall off/lose on the way" like most others do. Even so, I BOUGHT 3 more--one for conference room, my home office & another home sitting area!! Now, when I sit--I WANT MY COMPACT ROCKER right there--RIGHT NOW!! It can only HURT to NOT try it, because the good folks at Staples assured me if I didn't like it, I could return it!
