      I sincerely apologize, I contacted Fellowes and the gel pack has not been tested for how long it will stay heated.

      A:

      This is simply a back support which is attached to the back of a chair. It is not a full chair. The heat/cool pack is inserted into the pack once cooled or heated. This back support is made of gel, polyester and PVC. It is manufactured in China.
