      I sincerely apologize, I contacted Fellowes and the gel pack has not been tested for how long it will stay heated.

    Is the entire product made out of the gel material? If not what is it made out of and where is this product made?

      A:

      This is simply a back support which is attached to the back of a chair. It is not a full chair. The heat/cool pack is inserted into the pack once cooled or heated. This back support is made of gel, polyester and PVC. It is manufactured in China.
