    UPS delivered it I opened the box plugged it in. It did not turn on did not light up nothing, so I turned it over and all the blades on the bottom were rusty. I brought it right back to Staples who were really nice and appologetic and I bought one in the store that they recommended. I would never buy anything from this company again.

              I would not buy this product it arrived did not turn on and the blades were completely rusty returned immediately to store and bought one that was actually on sale and a better non rusty machine and it actually turned on when plugged in.

              I spoke with a representative in trying to select the best shredder and did chhose this one. I was dissapointed because the representative said the bin was pull out and it is not the top must be lifted off to empty the unit

                  This shredder contains a 4.75 gallon wastebasket. Unfortunately, we do not stock shredder bags that are small enough for this machine, the smallest bag we currently stock is item number 889529, GBC Shredmaster personal shredder bags, these bags have an 8 gallon capacity.
