UPS delivered it I opened the box plugged it in. It did not turn on did not light up nothing, so I turned it over and all the blades on the bottom were rusty....Read complete review

UPS delivered it I opened the box plugged it in. It did not turn on did not light up nothing, so I turned it over and all the blades on the bottom were rusty. I brought it right back to Staples who were really nice and appologetic and I bought one in the store that they recommended. I would never buy anything from this company again.

When it worked, it worked well. Jammed frequently, if fed over 4 sheets at a time. The first time we used it for a credit card, it completely fell apart and basically ate itself. I'm leery about buying another made by fellows.

I have only had this shredder for two weeks, but it seems to be well-made and it handles quite a few sheets without jamming. It's pretty noisy, but this is the 4th or 5th shredder I've had over the years and it's not much noisier than the others I've had.

This unit is a glorified waste basket shredder, which the waste basket is provided for you. You have to lift the shredder mechanism up off of the basket to empty the waste, it's heavy, ackward and clumsey to do so. It also broke after one weeks use..
