              I ordered one and it did not work. I returned it to a Staples and the men there could not get it to work either. They credited me for that one and we ordered another one of the same model. The second one did not work either so I had to return it, also for a credit. Don't bother with this model. There is obviously a design flaw in it which does not allow it to get any power. I have not tried any other models in this brand so I can only relate my experience with this particular model. My experience with Staples was very good, though!
