Comments about Fellowes Pulsar E 300 Electric Comb Binding Machine: Ive never used a binding machine before so I was not sure what went into it. I opted for the electronic version because it sounded worth it for binding multiple presentations. Now that I have figured out how to use it, its very basic. Machine is very heavy and large. Automatic whole punch is convenient but only punched 15 sheets so easily can be done manually. I would recommend going with a basic, manual binding machine.
