I am using the 10 mil sheets and they work great, as did the 3 mil that were included in the box. I have had no problems such as creases or air bubbles. I thought the initial burning smell lasted a while longer than it should have, but after about 5 uses, it stopped. Great power and end result from a small, well designed machine. I would buy this again, and I would give it as a gift also. And I am rather particular about these things! Just buy it, you will be glad you did. You will save lots of money! Comments about Fellowes SATURN 95 9.5" Thermal Laminator: It is easy to use.But only problem is the after lamination the paper is released through the rear end which forces us to leave more space in the back to catch it.If the laminator is kept on a table make sure after the lamination the paper wont fall into the space behind the table.This also causes the edge os the paper to bend and cannot be straightened since the plastic was hot when it occured. Doesn't take too long to heat up and the beep that lets you know its all ready to go is loud enough to hear anywhere in the store.
