          This is not a budget product in price but it is in durability and floor protection. You get what you pay for. An office chair is going to tear up a wood floor in regular use. This does not smell, crack, lays flat, not too thick so you trip over it but yet bullet proof (well maybe not but the same stuff)

            Very happy to not ruin our wooden floors with our rolling chairs. It does not move once layed on the floor which I am very happy about. It is very thin so you do not trip on the edges, very easy to clean. I am a happy customer of this great product and would highly recommend.

              this product advertises anti-slip, but it also says it has a smooth backing. I have the version not claiming to be anti-slip and the top surface of it is just fine, but the smooth backing slides across my hardwood floor like it's made of ice. So far it has resulted in a twisted ankle. I am tempted to return it for this this one but based on the description I am not sure that this one will be any better. Please advise
