    Main reason I get these plates is they end up saving money over paper plates. If used for a quick sandwich or load of cookies, a quick water rinse and I keep them for another use. For eggs, I can break the eggs into the plate as it is deep enough for 3 or 4, and can scramble 'em with a fork, pour 'em into the pan to cook, rinse off and use for the finished breakfast. Saved not only a plate, but the need to use more water rinsing bowls, plates and other items for something simple like breakfast.

    No need to worry about oil soaking through from big salad or a soggy plate folding onto your lap, and firm enough that you can carry a good load with one hand and use your other for your drink. Try that with paper!

    The plates are recyclable! So in the long run, win-win for these.
