I used this product to protect a building permit, and when I was finished the look was almost that of a heat laminate - very happy with the final outcome.
But since I've never used this product, I read the directions and it told you to remove a 5/8 inch strip covering to begin - the strip was 1/4 inch and difficult to distinguish from the remaining sheet.
