WAnted a smallish phone as space on my desk is limited. Wanted decent looks. Wanted something that was going to be easy and quick to set up. Got all of the above. Nicely surprised by careful packaging without loads of extra packing material - green!

It's an excellent product. It have all the function I really want in a phone that other doesn't have. I purchased this product to replace an another GE phone because it was getting old and the screen broke. Since that GE phone was a great product, I continued to use their GE brand phones.It have all the functions like my old phone, with much, much more functions! It is a great buy!

Wouldn't buy it again and certainly would not recommend to anyone I care about. Still haven't configured the answering machine part and setting up phone book is maddening. You have to go in one by one and punch in names and numbers - it doesn't have an option to transfer incoming numbers and names directly to phone book.
May just get out my antiquated cordless...it works better - just takes up more space on the counter.
