Q: Hello- I bought two of these for our new office. I installed them in our old office a few years ago with no problems. Both dispensers fell off the wall within a week of putting them up. Staples.com has some of the lighter duty mounting strips (which hold up to 2lbs for a 1" strip), item #130450 and #603768, as well as pre-cut mounting squares, item #130476.
