Be sure to order the correct refill. I purchased this dispenser and the other refill (didnt care for the antibacterial one). Only after I had mounted the dispenser on the wall did I discover the soap I wanted did not fit into the dispenser. There should have been some sort of warning upon purchasing that these two items are not compatible. Question now is, do I rip the thing off the wall or buy the soap I don't want?
